Special Get Well Wishes

Welcome to Whimsical Wednesday Challenge #13. Before we get started with this weeks challenge I have to say thank you to the DT for such a great three months. It is because of all your dedication, hard work, and amazing projects that WW has become a success. To all the participants who have supported us, a thank you, to you as well. Thank you for all the comments, and e-mails letting us know how much you like the blog:) We hope to continue to bring you fun challenges in the months to come.

For our challenge this week both card teams agreed to participate and make get well cards for a fellow bloggers grandson. Margie, from Bella Bug Creations, Grandson, Angelo, (he if fifteen months old) is going through a very difficult time right now. Angelo underwent brain surgery last week to remove a brain tumor, and will begin chemotherapy (I think today actually). We all hope that this will bring a little cheer to him and his family. You can read more about Angelo here. Now for the design teams sneak peaks:

What a great bunch of wonderful sneak peeks. Please be sure to hop on over to each of the designers' blogs to see their completed projects and get all the great details.

For this week we hope that you will all join us in this challenge and create get well cards for Angelo. Once you have uploaded your card to the linky please e-mail me at sar342@aol.com and I will send you the address for you to send your cards.

The random winner of the "Fun With Color" challenge is #7 Daynene. Congrats. Please e-mail me with your addy so that I can get your post-it paper out to you.

Last weeks challenge was the last in the series of four, I can not announce the winner because it is still opened.  Since our new term will be starting in July, I will start the series of four challenges then. For this challenge one random winner who enters can win this:
I was not so sure about this cart when it first came out, but I have changed my mind because lately I have seen some of the cutest projects made with it.

Just a few things before I move onto the guidelines. This Saturday I will be announcing the new DT on my personal blog. I was going to announce it on here too but I do not want this post to be moved down. On July 6  we will not be having a challenge. Instead I will announce the winners of the "Lets Get Patriotic" challenge and the winner of the Hannah Montana cartridge. I will also list all the DT members in that post. On Friday, July 8 at 7:00pmEST, the new team will be having a blog hop. Then on July 13 our challenges will start back up again:)

This current challenge will end on July 13. Please have all your cards mailed out to me by July 15.  Here are the rest of the guidelines:

1. Create a get well card for Angelo, upload it and then e-mail me for the address you can mail it to.
2. Please put in your post that you entered your project into this challenge with a link to this blog. I do not ask that you make a project just for my challenge. I know that there are lots of fun challenge blogs out there and I encourage you to play along in as many as you want:) So go ahead and enter your project where ever you like.
3. In order to become eligible for the prizes you must enter the challenge, become a follower of this blog, and leave a comment under our post's
4. Link your project to InLinkz by July 13 at midnight.

All of the challenges remain open for two weeks, but there is a new challenge every week. The "Lets Get Patriotic" Challenge is still opened. We are hoping that you will all join in this challenge this week, it sure will help to cheer up a family that is facing difficult times.
