"Halloween Has Creeped Into Our Homes"

Hello Whimsical Crafters. I hope you are all enjoying our Halloween month, and are getting fun ideas from the designers. As I have mentioned before, there is some changes about to happen with Whimsical Wednesdays, and I am so busy working on them all. I have not had ONE extra second to get around and comment, and have not been crafting. It won't be long until the changes take place, and I can't wait to get back to visiting all your blogs, and posting my projects. Thank you all for your patience, and understanding. Because of the upcoming changes, the next two challenges will only stay opened for one week each, instead of two. I know it can be such a bummer when you think you have longer to get into a challenge only to realize you missed the deadline. So please make a note of the change for the next two challenges. I would also like to mention that it has come to my attention that SOMEONE is going around e-mailing people giving them false information about winning stuff off this blog, and my personal blog, Whimsical Designs. In those e-mails this person claims to be the sponsor coordinator of this blog. Just to clarify, I do NOT have a sponsor coordinator, and all winners of challenges and blog hops are listed on this blog. If you do not see your name here then you did not win. Please disregard any e-mails with false claims. Okay let's get down to the challenge.

Halloween is almost here, and of course we could not let it pass us by without brewing up some Halloween Home Decor.  For those of you who chose you can also create a Fall Home Decor Project.  Here are the spooktacular sneak peeks:

Karen
Melanie
Our spectacular guest designer for October:
Kate
I can't wait to see what Halloween/Fall fun has creeped into the designers homes. They are always so inspiring, and I adore them all. Grab your brooms and fly on over to the the Whimsical Deisgners blogs, to check out their completed projects and all of the creepy details. Also, our Design Team Sister Melanie is having a week filled with fun giveaways on her blog. Prizes include Cricut cartridge, Creative Charms embellishments, The Digi Bistro gift certificate, and more. So be sure to check that out while you are over there:)

The random winner for the "Whimsical Wizards" Challenge is #3 Leinad. Congrats Leinad. Please contact me (e-mail on sidebar) so you can chose your Shabby Ribbon, and get it sent out to you:)

This week we have two sponsors. Our first is Patsy from the Prairie Bird Boutique. Patsy will be giving one random winner a bundle of her beautiful hand died Shabby Crinkle Ribbon. Here is one of her bundles, Jack O Lantern:
This week we also had the honor of working with Tanner's, Mr. Cricut Crazy, line of stamps. Each of the designers have created a second project this week using Tanner's stamps. So of course one lucky random winner will receive a set of their choice.

Here are the guidelines for the challenge:
1. Create a Halloween home decor project
2. Please put in your post that you entered your project into this challenge with a link to this blog. I do not ask that you make a project just for my challenge. I know that there are lots of fun challenge blogs out there and I encourage you to play along in as many as you want:) So go ahead and enter your project where ever you like.
3. In order to become eligible for the prizes you must enter the challenge, become a follower of this blog, and leave a comment under our post's
4. Link your project to InLinkz by October 26 at midnight.

Thank you for visiting today! We can't wait to see all of your home decor project.

  7. Saw that you indicate Halloween Home Decor and then I saw that there are some Halloween cards entries but do not think that is what you meant by Home Decor. I created a Halloween card today 11/21 and wanted to know if entry to qualify for prize has to be a Home Decor and if you think a card is a Home Decor item or not? Please answer in comment section and I'll ck back or answer me on my blog.
